How to use a gooseneck kettle
Fill, select a preset, and build a steadier pour-over routine.
Fill safely
Place the matching base on a dry, stable counter. Fill with fresh water within the marked limits. Keep the base and electrical contacts dry. BrewNeck is US 110V only; it is not a stovetop kettle.
Select your preset
Use the digital display and temperature presets according to the supplied manual. Available settings follow the device UI. Wait for the heating cycle to finish before lifting the kettle; hot water and steam can burn.
Bloom, then pour slowly
Follow your brewer’s recipe. Wet the coffee evenly for the bloom, then pour gentle circles close to the bed. The fine spout helps you direct the stream. Avoid pouring onto the filter walls and keep your wrist relaxed.
Finish and clean
Return the kettle to its base on a stable surface. Unplug and cool before cleaning. Never immerse the kettle or base. Descale as directed in the manual, rinse thoroughly, and keep electrical contacts dry.
Dial numbers are relative starting points. Keep a record of your beans, dose, setting, and taste to make the next adjustment easier.
