Electric Gooseneck Kettle FAQ
Which voltage does it use?
US 110V only. Do not connect directly to UK, EU, or Australian mains. Checkout currently supports US addresses only.
How much water does it hold?
900ml, suitable for pour-over for one or two people. Follow the fill markings; it is not a large commercial kettle.
Which temperatures can I choose?
Use the digital display and temperature presets shown on the device UI. We do not promise an unverified numeric control range.
What touches the water?
The water-contact material is 304 stainless steel.
Is it a coffee machine?
No. This is an electric gooseneck kettle for heating and pouring water. A brewer, filter, and coffee are separate. It can also heat water for tea; heat water only, not tea leaves or milk in the kettle.
Which finish can I order?
Black is the purchasable finish for this launch. White photos show a reference finish only.
Kettle Care
How do I clean it?
Unplug and allow to cool. Never immerse the kettle, base, cord, or plug. Wipe the exterior and keep electrical contacts dry. Descale and rinse as directed by the supplied manual.
Ordering & Shipping
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free at $59+. The $69 kettle qualifies on its own. Delivery typically takes 7–18 business days; dates are not guaranteed.
Is checkout live?
Checkout is currently test-only. No real payment is collected. Your cart stays saved if checkout is unavailable.
Can I return it?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@brewneck.com for an RMA and return address. Applicable statutory rights are preserved.
